These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Lists mobile application and the website https://mylists.me (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation or security
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform used (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your app store account settings

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by My Lists or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Lists shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
